Brand in Bloom
Case Study
Client: The Uncluttered Soul (website)
Industry: Home Organization/Support Services
Scope: Brand Identity, Website Design, Strategy
The Challenge
My client came to me with a clear and deeply personal vision: to create a home organization business supporting people navigating life challenges such as chronic illness, disability, neurodivergence, or grief.
She had already begun shaping the brand on her own, but quickly realized that a nuanced, human-centered vision like this required more than DIY or AI tools alone. She needed a thoughtful, design-led partner to bring clarity, cohesion, and intention to the work.
My client wasn’t interested in perfection or “magazine-ready” spaces. Instead, her goal was to meet people where they are. She needed a brand that could be soft, approachable, and deeply human, while still feeling professional and trustworthy.
We started with an in-depth discovery process, talking through her values, lived experiences, and the kind of impact she wanted to have. From there, I developed a tailored plan that included a full brand identity, a strategic website, and the foundations for future growth (like booking functionality and digital offerings).
The visual identity evolved thoughtfully, leaning into soft, calming colors and hand-drawn, slightly imperfect elements to reflect the real and nonjudgmental nature of her work.
Through a highly collaborative process, I helped refine and elevate her ideas—partnering with an artist to bring in custom, hand-sketched graphics to create a brand that feels truly distinctive and personal.
Alongside the creative work, I also helped bring structure to her decision-making, guiding key elements like client flow, communication, and scheduling to ensure the brand felt cohesive in both design and experience.
Once the brand direction was established, we brought it to life through her website. She came in with strong, heartfelt content, and I shaped and organized it into a clear, user-friendly experience.
Beyond the visuals, I focused on creating a site that felt both supportive and seamless—translating her values into the flow of each page, simplifying information, and guiding users with gentle, intuitive calls to action. I also implemented key foundational elements, including SEO best practices, accessibility considerations, and essential legal pages, ensuring the site was not only visually strong, but fully functional and built to support her business.
Before launch, we moved through a beta phase to test booking and payment systems, ensuring everything felt seamless. We then completed a thorough website walkthrough, paired with launch support and a detailed guide so she felt confident managing the site moving forward, with options for ongoing website support.
The launch was supported by a strategic outreach plan informed by my 15+ years of professional marketing experience, spanning partner engagement, content marketing, ongoing communications, social media direction, thought leadership, local outreach, and referral development.
The Outcome
The Uncluttered Soul now has a brand that truly reflects the heart of its work. The website creates a calm and welcoming first impression, making it easy for potential clients to understand her approach, explore her services, and take the next step when they’re ready.
While the business is still in its early stages, the foundation is already proving effective— she now has a clear, credible platform to connect with partners such as therapists and wellness groups. With workshops already underway, the brand and website provide the clarity and confidence needed to support continued growth.

Working with Anna was an absolute joy. She brought such care, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail to every part of the process, and it truly shows — I constantly receive compliments on my branding and website.
Beyond her incredible eye for aesthetics, Anna is compassionate, patient, and deeply attuned to her clients. She never made me feel rushed or pressured, and was always flexible when I needed to adjust timelines. She’s not only talented, but also a genuinely wonderful person to collaborate with.
